- You invoice them directly, at your own price.
- We deal with your customers in a way that keeps them loyal to you. That's an actual clause, not a sales line.
- We won't approach your clients or your staff. That holds for six months after the agreement ends, too.

Alarm activations by zone, restores, 24-hour test signals and maintenance alarms. Open and close signals are logged.
Late to Close
Everything in Activation Only, plus we respond if the alarm isn't armed by the end of business hours.
Open Out of Hours
Everything in Late to Close, plus we respond if the alarm is turned off outside business hours.

Yes. Your clients will know we monitor them on your behalf. You're still their security company: you sell, install, service and bill. We're your monitoring centre.
Pretty much anything, including Permaconn, Inner Range T4000 and Multipath, IP connections, IRFast, and Ajax and other DC-09 panels. Got something unusual? Ask us.
No. We move your base in batches at a pace that suits you and your techs, starting with a small pilot.
No. Our standard Bureau Partner Agreement is open, with no fixed term. Either side can end it with two months' written notice.
One invoice a month for your whole base, at a flat monthly rate per client. You bill your own clients however you like.
They're passed through at cost, as set by those suppliers, so there's no markup and no surprises.
We'll flag it early and help you fix the account. There's a surcharge for genuinely high-volume sites, but we'd much rather solve the problem than charge for it.
Monitoring is nationwide. You nominate keyholders or patrol response for each client. In Rotorua and Tauranga we can provide our own guard response too.
