Pocket Watchdog
Pocket Watchdog was originally designed to manage the welfare of our security officers in the field, but we soon realised the need for a low up-front cost welfare service for both commercial and personal use.
With more and more businesses in NZ needing their employees to work remotely or alone, it was clear as day that there was a need for an easy to use, self-deployable lone worker personal panic app.
Enter the Pocket Watchdog, an easy to setup smart phone based personal panic button. No longer are you tied to a button behind your counter. No longer are you only able to use your panic service while at your place of business.

How it works
Connected to one of our core monitoring applications, your Pocket Watchdog app is able to send an alert directly to the screen of our 24/7 monitoring operators for action immediately.
They will be able to see your GPS location as well as your custom escalation plan. The operator will then follow those instructions, calling your device or emergency contacts.
In the event that we are unable to get hold of the nominated first point of contact, we will follow any secondary contacts you have. If we are unable to contact anyone, or if requested by any of the emergency contacts or the device holder, we will dispatch our security officer and emergency services to your location.
**Please note that cellular coverage is required to be able to use this service. It is not able to send alerts without cellular signal and a data plan.
