Watchdog also guarantees a security alarm response time of 10-minutes within the Tauranga city limits or no payment for the response is required. We have advanced GPS systems in place to measure our response effectiveness and are confident in our systems we employ.
Rotorua guaranteed response time map
The Rotorua city limits is defined as; no further north than Kawaha Point, no further west than Pukehangi, no further south than Tihiotonga, no further south-east than Lynmore and no further north east than the Rotorua International Airport.
Tauranga guaranteed response time map
We guarantee a 10-minute response time to all alarm activations inside the red outline on the map above, between 6pm & 6am. Due to heavy traffic over Christmas and New year period this guarantee is valid between 12 January and 20 December only.
